Requests submitted by users are handled by PRESSAR, Lda. , whose activity is compatible with them, to if they so wish, present, directly to users, proposals for the requested services and respective budgets.

GUARANTEES
A PRESSAR, Lda. guarantees the continuous and correct functioning of its website, except in situations where, for reasons beyond its control, such compliance cannot be required.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, A PRESSAR, Lda. reserves the right, as owner of the Website, to suspend or cease its operation whenever it deems justified reasons (related either to third parties or to its business model) justify it, which, in any case, will be communicated to its users as soon as possible.
Customers and Users are obliged, when including information, to take into account compliance with current legislation, namely regarding competition, protection of consumer rights, misleading advertising and discrimination, and information of an obscene nature or content containing indecent, violative of good customs or pornographic, as well as references and references to other websites, of any nature, are also prohibited.
Customers and Users undertake to ensure that none of the information made available to A PRESSAR, Lda. contains computer viruses, macro viruses, Trojan horses, worms or anything that causes interference or could interrupt or in any way disrupt the operational procedures of a computer.

A PRESSAR, Lda. reserves the right not to use, in any way, any information that violates this User Agreement.

RIGHTS AND DUTIES
Completing the forms on the website, as a Customer or User, constitutes contact between them and A PRESSAR, Lda. resulting in rights and obligations for each party, namely:
• The Customer/User has the right to use the Website, under the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, with respect for the corresponding privacy policy.
• Customers and Users undertake not to copy, reproduce, modify or in any way use any content from the website, as well as undertake not to send to third parties or otherwise disclose content contained on the website, distribute or publicly display any content of the website without prior and express authorization from A PRESSAR, Lda.
• Customers and Users undertake not to use the A PRESSAR, Lda. website, its contents or services for a purpose other than that for which it is intended, namely for illicit, illegal purposes or in any way capable of conflicting with legally protected rights of others.

CONFLICTS
Conflicts arising from relationships established between Customers and Users must be reported to A PRESSAR, Lda.

PAYMENTS
The use of the website by Customers and Users is free.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, we inform you that the consumer can resort to the Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entities identified on the consumer portal, on the website www.consumidor.pt, or Online Consumer Dispute Resolution entities identified on the website https: //webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
